There is a coworking location right next door which is perfect if you want an in office experience while working remote. It’s literally 2 minutes or less from: two grocery stores one that’s 24/7, a bank/ATM, barber shops, salons, nail spas, pharmacies. You could walk for everything and know it’s safe, quite, and clean. It’s also 12 min walking to CC el Tesoro

There is a Clap Burger on the corner which is a California like burger spot with a skate rink, 3 min to walking for ice cream, tacos, burgers.

I honestly recommend this place for both weekend or extended stays

  Es un buen apartamento, pero un poco descuidado, las cerraduras están en regular estado, algunos implementos de la cocina están rotos y sucios, en los baños falta shampo, papel higiénico,... read more falta ajustar las llaves de la ducha, y algunas toallas están rotas y sucias, en el baño social el bombillo no sirve, en la sala hay una silla rota. Me comuniqué con Andrés, el anfitrión, para comentarle de las cosas que faltaban y de las rotas... me respondió que YA iba a resolver el tema y nunca llegó ni lo resolvió. Tuve inconvenientes con el parqueadero asignado porque en varias ocasiones llegué y estaba ocupado por otro vehículo. Es un buen apartamento, pero estuve averiguando en ese sector y por el mismo precio hay mejores.

La cocina está equipada con todo los utensilios que necesitas, tienen cobijas y almohadas extra, la limpieza estuvo bien!

Well equipped... read more kitchen. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage room. The building has good security people at the door 24/7. The location is on a relatively quiet street. A great grocery store is only 100 yards away. An ATM is even closer as well as three pharmacies. A 15-20 minute walk down the slope will get you to major shopping malls and the tourist area with dozens and dozens of shops and restaurants. This part of Medellin is beautiful. It is like a city built in a park with beautiful urban forests, running streams and clean, well maintained sidewalks and streets. Taxis and Ubers are cheap and plentiful. You couldn't ask for a better climate. The temperature stays in the 70's Fahrenheit all year round - a little higher on sunny days and a bit cooler during the night. Manny is an excellent host. He was really responsive.

  This was a special place for us. The huge, nearly private, balcony with glass walls connecting it with sliding doors to the bedroom and living area was great. The view... read more from the balcony is mostly trees with mountains in the distance. The location is really ideal. There is a good 'Fresh Market' type grocery store just 200 yards away. Uber rides to other locations are cheap and plentiful. The apartment has a large refrigerator and plenty of food preparation areas. There is 1.5 baths which was really convenient. 24 hour security. The host has been very responsive, usually responding in just minutes. This part of the city is really clean and feels very safe. We had a lot of dental work done while we were here at International Smiles. It was just a 20 minute walk away.

  Good accommodation, well maintained place, close to restaurants/stores. Enjoyed my stay
