¿Where are you going?

  Muy buena ubicación y el apartamento muy moderno y cómodo. Esta bien ubicado y nos nos faltó nada.

  Es un buen apartamento, pero un poco descuidado, las cerraduras están en regular estado, algunos implementos de la cocina están rotos y sucios, en los baños falta shampo, papel higiénico,... read more falta ajustar las llaves de la ducha, y algunas toallas están rotas y sucias, en el baño social el bombillo no sirve, en la sala hay una silla rota. Me comuniqué con Andrés, el anfitrión, para comentarle de las cosas que faltaban y de las rotas... me respondió que YA iba a resolver el tema y nunca llegó ni lo resolvió. Tuve inconvenientes con el parqueadero asignado porque en varias ocasiones llegué y estaba ocupado por otro vehículo. Es un buen apartamento, pero estuve averiguando en ese sector y por el mismo precio hay mejores.

The view... read more from the balcony is mostly trees with mountains in the distance. The location is really ideal. There is a good 'Fresh Market' type grocery store just 200 yards away. Uber rides to other locations are cheap and plentiful. The apartment has a large refrigerator and plenty of food preparation areas. There is 1.5 baths which was really convenient. 24 hour security. The host has been very responsive, usually responding in just minutes. This part of the city is really clean and feels very safe. We had a lot of dental work done while we were here at International Smiles. It was just a 20 minute walk away.

Falta un aire acondicionado en la habitación, ya que le da todo el sol de la tarde y el calor es fuerte. Por la noche el clima de la zona es muy fresco.

We can say that it was as advertised, the building felt very safe, it had excellent wifi, hot water,... read more a washer machine, a wonderful balcony and felt private due to the park across the street. We would have given it a 5 star review, however we felt we could only give it 4 stars because when we arrived to the apartment at 9pm on our first night we found the apartment dirty (soiled towels on the kitchen counter, an unclean bathroom, folded but wet bath towels and no toilet paper). Needless to say this was a not what anyone would want to find when entering a new apartment late at night. We informed Manny of what we found - he apologized and said that he has a cleaning service that is supposed to clean the apartment and that he hasn’t ever received a complaint like this. The next day he offered to have the apartment cleaned again (which was nice) but by that time my husband and I had already sanitized the entire apartment ourselves, rewashed all the bath towels and purchased our own toilet paper. All-in-all we’d stay here again as we liked the apartment! We would just double check that the apartment is cleaned properly and that we’d have toilet paper available to us next time.

  Good spot up the hill with an awesome balcony! It’s a nice safe area not too far from good spots; be aware that it is up the hill so walking... read more might be challenging for some.

The place is neat and the balcony makes it. I would probably prefer a couch in the living room instead of a bed or at least some padding from the wall to better relax

I liked the spot overall.

  Great experience will stay again. All the comforts of home with easyaccess to all that Medellin has to offer.
