There is a Clap Burger directly across the street.... read more And a Euro Supermarket at the end of the street. Very safe and convenient location. Look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Medellin.

  Nice quiet apartment in a good location. Very friendly and helpful staff in building. Plenty of underground parking also.

  Excellent place to pass the holiday season

  My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week. We can say that it was as advertised, the building felt very safe, it had excellent wifi, hot water,... read more a washer machine, a wonderful balcony and felt private due to the park across the street. We would have given it a 5 star review, however we felt we could only give it 4 stars because when we arrived to the apartment at 9pm on our first night we found the apartment dirty (soiled towels on the kitchen counter, an unclean bathroom, folded but wet bath towels and no toilet paper). Needless to say this was a not what anyone would want to find when entering a new apartment late at night. We informed Manny of what we found - he apologized and said that he has a cleaning service that is supposed to clean the apartment and that he hasn’t ever received a complaint like this. The next day he offered to have the apartment cleaned again (which was nice) but by that time my husband and I had already sanitized the entire apartment ourselves, rewashed all the bath towels and purchased our own toilet paper. All-in-all we’d stay here again as we liked the apartment! We would just double check that the apartment is cleaned properly and that we’d have toilet paper available to us next time.

We are extending our stay and booked it again in a few days. It was already reserved by someone else for the weekend but we are going back on Monday. We liked it that much.
